Acadian Running Camp Scholarship Request

We hope to be able to award up to 10 scholarships for this year. We do
realize that this is humbling to request this assistance but please do
not feel this way. The whole premise of this camp is to ensure that no
runner be denied this unique experience. We will not request that you
send us any personal financial records. Simply check off any of these
that apply to you and family:

___  receive SSI benefits

___  receive food stamps

___  receive free or reduced lunch

___  recipient of Maine Care

___  unemployed for past 3 months


If none of these apply to you, provide a brief confidential statement
why scholarship is necessary.
