- College Transition Program
- The college transition program is geared toward those high school seniors who are planning to or considering running collegiate XC and or track. Participants will get a perspective of what running at the next level is like from an NCAA Division-III coach and athletes from all NCAA divisions. Topics will include but not be limited to: maintaining the balance between academics and running, the pros and cons of running 2-3 seasons, summer training, establishing goals , adapting to your new coach's philosophy and methods, dealing with and preventing injuries as well as other topics. Only 24 slots are reserved for this new program.
